Easy payment & returns
Please register for an account before you place an order for goods you require, this allows you to then keep track of your orders and commonly used parts easily. It's quick and efficient. Just click on the word register towards the top right hand side of the screen and complete the details requested. This generates an email to our financial department who will take a minute to check the details entered. Once processed we will send you an email with your login details and that’s it. Oh, don’t forget to have a copy of your F-gas certification ready so you can send a copy too. A PDF is fine.
Should you need to return goods please follow the one that best suits your reason for return:
- Goods are damaged/incorrect. Please make sure you check the condition of the goods when they arrive. In the unlikely event that they are damaged please reject the delivery and inform freddox by emailing supporting information, including pictures, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Of course if it is clearly our fault we will arrange replacement and the collection of the units from you (unless of course you’ve already rejected them). We will then email you a simple process sheet that shows what to do next.
- Goods incorrectly ordered or not required. As we keep our prices seriously low we ask that you pay a small handling fee for returns such as these (just as Amazon does). So a charge of £40 is applied. Goods must be returned on/in the pallet/packaging they were delivered on and they must be secure. The driver will not collect the goods unless this is complied with. Email details to email@example.com and we will send you a simple process sheet that details the next steps to take.
